She leads curriculum development, training frameworks, and innovation initiatives, ensuring education is delivered at a consistently high professional standard.

With advanced university qualifications in International Business and Innovation Management, Jasmine combines strategic leadership with real world clinical expertise. Her work focuses on building structured, results driven education systems that support practitioners in delivering safe, effective, and high integrity skin rejuvenation treatments.

Jasmine’s true focus lies in education. Over the years, she has worked closely with beauty professionals at different stages of their career, guiding them through advanced techniques while helping them build confidence, consistency, and sustainable practices.

She has trained with internationally recognised artists and experts worldwide and continues to refine training methodologies through ongoing professional development. This commitment ensures that education remains current, practical, and aligned with real world application rather than outdated or inconsistent approaches.

Recognising gaps in existing Fibroblast education, particularly around structure and ongoing support, Jasmine developed a comprehensive training framework designed to support practitioners beyond certification and into long term professional success.

At the Australian Academy of Fibroblast, training is delivered with a strong emphasis on clarity, structure, and hands on application, supporting both new and experienced practitioners in elevating their standards of practice.
