1. Introduction

Welcome to the Australian Academy of Fibroblast. By accessing this website, downloading materials, enrolling in training, or participating in any Academy program, you agree to be bound by these Terms, Conditions, and Refund Policy.

These terms form a binding agreement between you (the visitor, student, or user) and the Australian Academy of Fibroblast.

If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this website or engaging with any Academy programs or materials.

2. Purpose and Scope

The Australian Academy of Fibroblast provides professional education, training, and digital resources relating to Fibroblast Skin Rejuvenation.

All information, products, and materials provided by the Academy are for professional educational purposes only.

Students and practitioners are solely responsible for ensuring they comply with all applicable Australian laws, state regulations, scope of practice requirements, and insurance obligations before performing any Fibroblast services.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided by the Australian Academy of Fibroblast, including but not limited to course materials, videos, manuals, images, downloads, and digital resources, remains the intellectual property of the Academy.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, or taught publicly without prior written permission.

Access to training materials is granted for personal professional development only and does not confer the right to teach, certify, license, or redistribute Academy content in any form.

4. Enrolment and Payments

All training fees are communicated in Australian dollars (AUD).

Payments may be made in full or via approved payment arrangements where offered.

Deposits:
Once course access, digital materials, equipment, or a confirmed training date has been issued, deposits become non-refundable.

Balances:
All remaining balances must be paid in full prior to the commencement of training.

Payment Plans:
Payment plans must be completed as agreed, regardless of attendance delays, rescheduling, or changes to personal circumstances.

The Academy reserves the right to suspend access to training materials or refuse participation if payments are overdue or if these terms are breached.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Training fees are non-refundable. A single transfer to a future training date may be permitted if written notice is provided at least 30 days prior to the scheduled training.

If illness, emergency, or travel disruption prevents attendance, rescheduling may be permitted within six months of the original date. Medical documentation may be required to support illness-related rescheduling.

If the Academy is required to reschedule training due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered the next available training date or a suitable alternative at no additional cost.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are final. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to meet local regulatory, licensing, or insurance requirements.

In exceptional circumstances, and at the sole discretion of Academy management, a partial credit may be applied toward future training within twelve months of the original purchase date.

Refunds will not be issued once course materials, online access, or physical kits have been released.

Where payment plans are in place, the student remains responsible for completing the full agreed payment schedule.

7. Professional Conduct

Students and Academy representatives are expected to conduct themselves professionally, respectfully, and confidentially at all times.

The Academy reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive behaviour, unethical conduct, or breach of confidentiality without refund.

Certification or recognition may be withdrawn if a student misrepresents the Academy, teaches without authorisation, or fails to uphold professional standards.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

Fibroblast Skin Rejuvenation is a non-medical skin rejuvenation method. Individual results vary based on practitioner skill, client suitability, and adherence to training protocols.

The Academy makes no medical claims and accepts no liability for outcomes, adverse reactions, or damages arising from treatments performed by graduates or independent practitioners.

Students are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage and professional oversight where required by law.

9. Compliance and Legal Responsibility

Students must independently verify all relevant Australian federal and state regulations before offering Fibroblast services.

The Academy may provide educational resources to support professional awareness; however, the Academy does not guarantee legal approval or regulatory acceptance in any jurisdiction.

Compliance with local laws, professional standards, and insurance requirements remains the sole responsibility of the practitioner.

10. Privacy and Data

Personal information collected through assessments, enrolments, payment systems, or website submissions is used solely for educational and administrative purposes.

The Academy does not sell or share personal data with third parties. Information may be shared only with trusted service providers who assist with payment processing, communications, or student management, all of whom comply with applicable data protection requirements.

For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Use of Photography and Media

Training sessions and Academy events may be photographed or recorded for educational and marketing purposes.

By participating in training, you consent to the use of such images unless written notice is provided prior to commencement of training.

12. Modifications and Updates

The Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the website or participation in training constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

13. Governing Law
